Is asking for an older version of the game on the forums allowed?

I want to ask for version 0.9, the version I started playing on but there isn't any other way of getting it that I can think of besides asking the forums. Help will be much appreciated

I'm not sure if i'm correct but if you bought the game on steam, here are the instructions

 

The only versions of the game publicly available through steam are 0.4, 0.14, 0.16, and the latest. I'm sure if you asked around you could find someone with some other older versions of the game, but as far as I know there's no public way to get other versions besides the ones stated.

 

i actually also started playing on 0.9, and i had the files for awhile, then i got rid of them. I think i still have 0.12 somewhere if you want that, i can try to find
