Is camshaft software owned by Epic Games?

Hey. I was just digging around the automation files and launcher and i found some things that might lead to saying epic games owns camshaft software. i tried looking on wikipedia and searching it up on google but nothing.

 

It probably has to do with the fact that Automation uses Epic's Unreal Engine.
