Does anyone have a proper clue on how to fix this?

My specs are an I7 7700k, 16gb of 3000mhz ram and an Asus 1660Ti

What causes it to crash? Like hitting buttons on the menu, spawning cars, etc.

Switch your ram, just put ram stick A in place of ram stick B, and vice versa

Looking at the screenshot it says his ram is 83% used when only 5GB are being occupied so that most likely means one of his RAM Sticks is dead or not connected properly.

Have you tried reseating your RAM yet? Maybe try malwarebytes?? I really don't know, this is quite puzzling
