definitely a cool idea to have a different and more populated east coast USA, my only suggestions would be if it was a standalone map and didn't overwrite the original, and maybe have an option for rain and no rain. one bug I've noticed so far is a lot of the driveways and such have grass covering them. other than that I think its a great start and look forward to seeing it improved.
I would love to make mesh roads. I would also love to get rid of the grass. Thank you for your feedback.
I tried the map, the map seems to have random humps which added fun/difficulty/wth moments but overall it's a fine map. Can you also make it so it won't overlap the original East Coast map, I would like to keep it but I have to move the file to play the other version.

Pretty good but not great, could use some work. If roleplay still existed, it would be pretty good aswell.
Since it's set in the rain, maybe you can do a thunder environment but keep the map the same. I would think it would be easy to implement harder rain and sound effects for the thunder whilst making it unique, and making the roads a bit reflective would add a lot for immersion with a sloppier surface to handle on.
Do you mind if I ask what the changes are (even if not specifics)? Is there a highway, a bigger/more cities, other landscaping changes?
Something I noticed about the normal East Coast USA is that once you get out passed the island in the fishing village the map ends so if you could fix that with this mod so we can use boats and stuff that would be nice
If I can release the final version. These changes will be more obvious, but there's more trees and there's a new road. There's also more houses. Also, to the comment above. I might have to make a new boating area. I don't know.
