I gotta say I'm highly impressed by it. I've always kinda liked the C6 but holy hell are they just a box of plastic crap with a big-ass engine strapped to it. The C7's are really nice cruisers, too (when they aren't ripping your face off). They're seriously great cars. I think I'm in love.
The golden age of Hajwala. Before the Saudi government started cracking down on it(somewhat) and automotive ESC technology advanced to where it is now. King Al-Nadheem, the driver of the silver Accord, died in a crash in 2016. Surprise.
There's nothing golden about it, innocent people where involved in some of these crashes. Good thing they've cracked down on this and now it's a rarity.
It can be done relatively responsibly... Pros: the road is blocked off. Cons: the f***n road is blocked off!
Not exactly car related, but close enough. Been a fast paced past month here. 2 track days and a trip down to the Tail of the Dragon in Tennessee (mostly just hit other roads in the area, less traffic). Few photos and a quick vid I threw together for one of the runs back from the overlook.
Bryan JULY 3, 2020 "Will those numbskulls at GM EVER get it right? Chevrolet. Entry level. (Low price 3 … ‘memba that?). Buick. Premium (Upper middle price class OR Near luxury, depending on how far you want to go back). So the newest Buick Enclave looks like a first year Traverse, and the newest Buick Encore GX subcompact has a shorter wheelbase than the same platform Chevy Trailblazer.fter me: Mary, Mary, Mary. I know you are young, but you really should brush up on GM history. Maybe this will help. Repeat after me: Buick starts with B. Means BIG. Chevrolet starts with C. Means CHEAP. Buicks are supposed to be bigger than Chevys" https://gmauthority.com/blog/2020/0...e-gx-have-same-platform-different-wheelbases/
A 1995 Polish used car price guide, courtesy of one of the nation's leading used car listing newspapers. "Benzyna" is gasoline, and 1 million PLN in 1995 is about 350 PLN or $90 USD in today's money. For the record, cars weren't exactly that widespread - less than half of all households had one, mainly because average salary was only about 7 million a month.
I guess this is appropriate here. No blood or guts, just a compacted SUV. One of the most bizarre crashes I've ever seen.
and thus , the WK was doomed for all of eternity to be jammed under a bridge, and have passers by look at it and go "wtf? how did that get there?"
