Cancelled Hirochi CVR - pls i need help

    So i am looking forward to create a mod called the Hirochi CVR which is a Californian Market Ibishu Covet.
    But i have no idea how to make a new lettering model/texture and how to port the Sunburst Steering Wheel to the Covet.
    If someone could help me i would really appreciate it :)

    If this is Californian market be sure to make a convertible, put some place for their avacado toast, and have wild pastel paint colors.
