It depends on the vehicle you're driving. The 200BX drift car is waayyyyy harder to drift than something like the D-Series. While the 200BX lacks in torque and slow rotation, the D-Series excels in it, making it a perfect beginner's drift car. It's what I use to practice drifting with my wheel. Use the "Custom Classic (M)", and then go into the parts menu, and swap out the standard Quick Ratio steering for the Quick Ratio Drift steering.
