Yeah, Those wheels have beadlocks though so they are quite different. Also, not sure if they exist or not, but atleast I don't remember ever seeing wheels with beadlocks that also have a removable face either. I just think they aren't exactly a fitting addition to this mod.
Agree, that was just a quick search over google images. I'm sure they're other 2 piece style wheels for trucks, I just didnt dig enough!
This is a really great mod and a must-have if you like to do builds in Beam! Did you plan to use the modern and/or old steelies and the STX rims too?
Thanks for the praise . I have no set plans with this mod, just doing things whenever I have time and interest, but at the moment I'm just trying to tweak the existing stuff to a more acceptable level. There will probably be more actual content added to this mod later on. I am also working on an addon for this mod that contains somewhat accurate real-life wheel models, but progress on that is slow and it might or might not get released (will be released on the forums if it ever gets finished, since you can't have real brands on the repository, IIRC) :
Would love to see something like that with fake in-game brands. I played LFS (Live For Speed) for many years, and many liveries and such, had the in-game brands. I prefeer the in-game brands myself to be honest, it keeps things more real for me, at least on whatever game i'm playing.
They look great About the offroad wheels i was thinkinb about, was like the STX, making them a bit more deep dish. It seems the new update screwed up the naming for the wheels? As they are hard to find now, and a bit buggy. Or is that only on my end?
I guess it'd be possible to have a lore friendly version and a version with real brands. I changed the name format a bit. any other issues?
Anyone else have this issue? * Edit * The wheels was in the wrong order, but it fixed itself after going out and back into the parts menu again. Wierd stuff..
This mod breaks the textures of the autobello type 1 and GP sand star rims. tested with only it installed and a freshly cleared cache.
I have this mod and it doesnt cause it. I had the same problem a while ago but it fixed itself in 0.17.
I guess.... I just put all my mods back on and its not happening now, but it did when it was installed alone. Honestly im confused and frustrated at this.
Yea there are. https://www.beamng.com/resources/donk-wheels-pack.1383/ https://www.beamng.com/resources/rods-donk-rims.3622/
Could you make a deep dish -44 offset rims like exactly like the Hostile Forged HF08 Savage, along with that a Hostile Jigsaw deep dish with -44 offset. Love you Work keep it going )
Sorry, not focusing on new content right now. Anyways, here's some material rework progress, started remaking the materials from scratch: Been having a bad time with the material system but I think I've got it figured out now.
