    Metsätie ​

    A large rally map with a lot of jumps, somewhere in Finland


    I've been working on it for long time now and I think it's finally the time to create a thread.
    It's also my first map mod that I will release, so I hope you like it! :)

    Looks like a wonderful place to drive. I look forward to tearing down in it with my rally spec AE86 Levin:D (once I finish it:p)

    Looks great, the name doesn't make much sense though, especially when you're mixing Finnish and English. If you want a Finnish name, maybe try Metsätie = forest road?

    Well, I typed "forest road" and Google translated it to "Forest reitti." I guess I have to change the name now. :p

    The map is gravel only at the moment, but I will look into it :)

    Forest road in Finland is always gravel road.
    But jeah, i would to like see small part of road for asphalt.
    Could you make some band tilts for roads, like there is always that one corner witch tilts on wrong side.

    I am loving the look of this map. I was just watching some of the WRC Rally held in Finland from last year, and it looks like you are doing a spot-on job. Here is the link for anyone else who wants to make the comparison.

    Can you add an area where the forest has been cut down? They usually are along the road.

    And piles of wood like this.
