Yeah, but it might be cool to differentiate them. Maybe an i6? I dunno, chevy had a 4.8L LS in the 90s, and there was an Olds 4.7L in the 80s (I think).
I think I could replicate the I6 that was used in GM's K10 and G series vans at the time and make that the "fleet" model.
UPDATE I am going to delay the release of the Covet wagon and coupe pack to some time in the next 2 weeks as I have had an issue with the vehicle sounds in the pack. If I pack the other 2 files like I packed the Covet sedan I am afraid they will also be plagued with the same issue. I have created a thread for the issue that goes more in depth of the exact problem incase someone can provide information to help fix this. I will link the pack and the support thread bellow. I also may not be able to make the early S10 blazer as there are no bodies that properly replicate the shape of the car. When or if there is ever a S10 body in automation, I will make it. I don't want to be making a replica on a vaguely similar body as It will be hard to replicate some features. This is part of the reason the 88' Covet looks (in my opinion) the best of all recent replicas I have made because there was a body that nearly accurately represented its real life counterpart. https://www.beamng.com/resources/1988-1992-ibishu-covet-sedan-pack.14874/ https://www.beamng.com/threads/no-sound.74382/ I would also like to thank all who have supported and downloaded the 88' Covet pack(s).
I guess I will when I have all 3 '88 Covet packs on the repo. I made this in the last version of automation, so porting it back in to 4.24 might not work. (if that's what you plan to do which is fine by me) I don't know If you can get older mods from the workshop to be able to use them in a older version of automation. Almost all of my finished / nearly finished cars are made in a older version of automation and many of the mods I used to make them will probably never get updated again. --- Post updated --- Hecc it DX5 *IF YOU DOWNLOAD THE PACK(S) FROOM THE REPO, DELETE THE FILE THAT YOU DOWNLOADED FROM HERE*
UPDATE The '88 Covet Wagon and coupe packs are out now! Coupe- https://www.beamng.com/resources/1988-1992-ibishu-covet-coupe-pack.15141/ Wagon- https://www.beamng.com/resources/1988-1992-ibishu-covet-wagon-pack.15140/
While I would love to make all of these, I feel as if it may not be entirely posable to make the Tuatara. Even if I did, the lack of fixtures and lack of a body that resembles the car may not quite look as good as what I have been making. The 360 might be possible if I can find a body for it. I also think that the Q1 and GT might be posable. I will consider these. Thank you. It is posable to make a replica 360 as I have found a body that replicates it.
also can you make replica saleen s5 raptor SSC North America Aero Aston Martin Victor ARES Design Panther ProgettoUno mercedes benz amg gtr porsche taycan
Someone has already made a S5 Raptor, I don't think I can fully replicate the ARES Design panther, I would like to replicate the AMG gtr but no body exists that looks like it, and the taycan would also be pretty hard to replicate. I will link the S5 Raptor mod here: https://www.beamng.com/resources/saleem-s5s-raptor.5492/
I would like to make it, but to my knowledge, only one modern hatchback body exists and It is based off of the BMW M1. The M1 is wider and has a very different body shape than the MK3 Focus. If a body is made that looks similar or replicates the shape of a MK3 focus, I will probably make it. Thank you for the suggestion. (I would make more modern cars, but automation never has any body to represent the ones I like)
UPDATE? I have some Ideas for cars that I would like to make, Let me know If you like them or if you have any questions about them 1960's Datsun/Nissan 240Z (Ibishu 200BX) 1980's Mitsubishi Starion (Hirochi Stallion/Bruckell Concord) 1990's Bruckell Moonhawk (Can't think of what to replicate for this, If you have a suggestion for this, post it!) I will not be using automation until a stable version is available with the newest features found in the open beta.
