    What's your PC Specs?
    In particular, how much RAM does it have?
    (And how much available RAM does it have before starting the game? - Check in the Task Manager)

    Everything else is looking great! Your RAM, however, is a little under, for sandbox games I recommend 16GB, especially if you're using a ton of mods, I happen to use 8GB with only a few mods, and it runs fine, so I can't be certain, but incase you want to run a lot of mods, then I recommend finding the RAM sticks that your PC is using, and buy more of them, just buy enough to get up to 16GB's of RAM.

    I have only the mods i had made (39 so xD, anyway it keeps crashing even without mods idk, I'll try to get another 8gb stick

    yeah, if you want to do anything on a computer in 2020 you need 16GB of ram. You also need at least two sticks.

    That's just not true. You need 8GB single channel. 16GB dual channel is recommended but definitely not essential.

    Besides looking at the issue I'd say fixing this bug would be easier than upgrading ram to this error's specification.:p

    I have a laptop with 8gb of ram and it literally can not run more than 5 chrome tabs, and spotify.

    Verify Integrity of Game Files: through Steam: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2037-QEUH-3335&l=english
    If nothing helped, perform a Clean Install of the game: https://documentation.beamng.com/support/clean_install.html

    Also please check this article: https://documentation.beamng.com/support/compatibility.html and make sure that your antivirus and similar software is not blocking the game by mistake.
