Cannot update

I was experiencing the same problem, however, looking at my firewall logs, I saw that port 4433 (UDP & TCP) were being blocked, incoming and outgoing.
I temporarily disabled my firewall to test, and the update began. I re-enabled the FW and it slowed to a stop.
I temporarily added a port hole for 4433 on udp and TCP in and out enough to let the DL complete. (removed when complete)

Wish I would have done it a long time ago. The pre-race alpha is awesome, as well as the new interface.

My only gripe is that updates are now leached on a torrent, rather than just downloaded. Frustrating.
It would be nice to have an option to just download a patch.

If anyone is mirroring the updates, please post a link.

Mine wont update either and I lost my order number.

it preloads 99% of the game and only downloads the latest updates as diff"

 

I did and I need to put in an order number to see it and I lost it.

 

I did on the 6-30 and never heard back. I will try to again.
