My game simulation speed is superslow, but not performance related.

So I seem to be encountering an issue for the first time. Ive been playing this for a while, but this issue just started happening. It happened after I installed the TITAN aircraft and tried to fly it, it resulted in a BSOD, causing my computer to restart. When I opened the game again, this issue started to happen. It seems as though the simulation speed is set to slow, even though it says it is running at real time. I checked my FPS and im still getting 40 FPS, so it does not seem to be performance related. Its like its stuck on slow motion. I can change the slow motion to make it slower, but putting it back to real time just makes the game run at what seems to be half speed.

This happens on all maps and with all vehicles. I have restarted the game and my computer with no avail. Has anyone else had this issue?

Run updater, if that doesn't work, reinstall from the new setup.exe

 

Looks like I found the issue. Apparently when my comp BSOD it was due to the graphics drivers not loading in that instance. I re installed drivers and it works fine now.
