Cars with ESP and ABS Glitching

Not as exciting as the title suggests, but whenever i'm using a modern vehicle with the updated ESP (Like the ETK's and Vivace's) in any mode other than ESP off, the brakes freak out, by which I mean that they "pedal" themselves on and off constantly, to the point where I can't drive the vehicle foward until I stop and press the accelerator again.

Only happened since 0.21

I reinstalled the game from new, seems to have been a broken mod that was somehow conflicting even when deactivated.
