   Удали все моды и связание с машиной Gavril D-Series мне помогло удаление мода,,Traffic advisor for D-Series",или попробуй переустановить игру с полным удалением файлов.

   Hi, do you experience this issue in Safe Mode? (Launcher -> Support Tools -> Safe Mode)
   
   If no, then one of your mods is broken. You need to find it and disable
