I've gone through the FFB wiki a dozen times, double checking each step is done properly. My Fanatec setup worked flawlessly before the update, but, now will not send feedback through the wheel. I can bind my buttons and axes correctly to where wheel input translates properly in-game, however, even doing a cache clear didn't fix it. I've even done a full delete and clean install of the game, still no luck. Ideas anyone?

I have the same problem since the 0.21, but with a G920 from Logitech. The steering wheel works at the opposite of the force feedback. What's more, I can't do "Alt+F4" to leave the game when i'm on it. With the Logitech app and the reaction of my wheel, I know that the game is selected by my computer, but even after a re-installation, feedback isn't working.

Be sure you have force feedback enabled in the controls settings. it should be a tab at the top. And there you can also invert the force feedback if it's not rotating the correct way.

FFB is enabled and inverted, same as how I had it set before. It's the weirdest thing, it won't even work in safe mode now.

I had the same problem with my Thrustmaster TMX wheel, but a full PC restart fixed it.

Since v21 my Logitech Driving Force GT also doesn't work correctly, i can use it to drive, but the steering wheel wont unlock the center spring. So the steering is just as heavy as it is if i was just in Microsoft Windows without beamng open. Before the ffb would unlock when a car was loaded.
The only fix i've found is to start up Euro Truck sim 2, close it and then start beamng. If i do that everyting works fine.
(safe mode doesnt solve this either)

Same issue here. Since the 0.20 Update FFB isn't working anymore. Before this update it was working fine. I didn't change drivers or settings. FFB is activated in the settings. The wheel itself and it's buttons are working. FFB is working fine in other games. Wheelbase: Fanatec CSL Elite Wheelbase, PC Driver 328, WB FW: 630. I will not update or reinstall any drivers / firmware since I don't want to mess up anything in other games.

I might have just found a fix. In the ffb menu delete all other devices there other then the one you want ffb on and it may start working.

Adding in a "me three". I use a G27. Force feedback works fine on every other game.

Edit: Did just find something that will bring it back. I have a button box on my rig that's built with an Arduino. Registers into BeamNG as a "Generic USB Joystick". If I unplug it, my ffb comes back. This setup worked flawlessly before the mid-December update

Edit 2: Got it working with the button box. In the configuration menu, there was a second steering input that registered with the button box plugged in. Deleting this mapping brought back the ffb. I now have only my wheel mapped as shown below

Thanks, for me it was my handbrake... I found this thread https://www.beamng.com/threads/no-ffb-fanatec-v2-5.75534/

"We have some issues with multiple devices at the moment.
As mentioned in the Update thread and socials,
please make sure to disconnect all other devices (controllers, joysticks, etc) before starting the game.
Otherwise FFB signal won't be directed to the correct device.

This should help solve the issue temporarily.
Some users also solved the issue by resetting their bindings (should not be the case for most, but you may want to give it a try)

We will be working on a proper fix after the holidays."

They should RLY fix this ^^

Good catch. I didn't come across that thread. In my testing as long as you only have one binding for the steering input in the force feedback tab, it was able to function normally

Sometimes for me when my FFB doesn't work as of late, I go an purposely plug in a controler (I have a PS4 Controller on hand) so that Beam sets up control for that controller... then once it does that, I go and unplug it again... for some reason it seems to reconfigure the wheel for use at this point (I have no idea why) and then about 80% of the time I seem to get FFB back. It doesn't always work, and it could just be a coincidence, but most of the time, it works every time.
