Scenario Supply Delivery does not have a coupler on the truck

    As you can see in the picture above, there is no coupler on the truck for the "Supply Delivery" scenario.

    EDIT: Just checked in safe mode, there is still no coupler.

    Oh, that's an issue with the used config. Should be an easy fix.
    Please post this again but in the 0.21 Feedback thread since that's where the devs will see it most likely.

    go to setting>>gameplay>>disable option called competetive scenario (sth like that) then u can add it yourself (press ctrl+w)
