The street tuned H-series has a manual tranny, yet the config has the automatic column shifter and PRND21 gauges on the cluster

Something weird going on with the Covet and it only happens for this one car, must be a bug, if not then explain why it happens.
When you rip the right door off, most of the collision triangles go white:
    sdfsdfsdf.png
And when you add an inflatable part to it, it instantly deflates, unless it has no collision triangle breakgroup. No idea why it happens. I assume white triangles mean broken, but I haven't seen any other cars have them and it makes no sense that the whole vehicle would break from them. And I also had no idea you could break triangles until now.

not just the covet. If you rip the body off of the roamer it does the same.
Also, when you do ctrl b, it does ctrl d too, even if you dont want it.

It makes sense that if you rip off the body in the Roamer it breaks... but not that if you rip off the right door on the Covet the whole car breaks. White triangles exist on many cars but not like this, it shouldn't be that random parts just break with the door.
For the Roamer only the parts connecting the body to the frame breaks so it must be intentional.
On a few other cars glass triangles break when glass breaks which also make sense but it probably should be the case for ALL cars.
I should also mention that for the Piccolina it only happens for left glass and not for the right for some reason.
Also ctrl+d does nothing for me for some reason so idk what you mean.

Unfortunately no access to the exact operating parameters on these, but the general blurb from various owner and service manuals is that eDiffs will reduce intervention and eventually deactivate entirely above certain wheel speeds.

Some also have a sort of brake temp estimation algorithm that tells them to pause interventions after excess usage in a short span of time (vs measuring actual brake temps), some even re-enable a degree of engine-side TCS when this happens.

On a related note, any plans to give the D/Roamer and co the framework for the DSE?
To sync up with IRL equivalents, it would be appropriate for some later models to have eDiff capability.

Also, posted this before, late 90's-onward models should also be made available with the eSSL AWD system (i.e. Cherriers and 800/K), complete with a 2WD drift mode, auto split, and a forced 50/50 lock. 2WD modes can sometimes automatically disengage the front hubs too.

(Editaroni: Apart from the last front hubs part, implementing eSSL on models with and without ESC is a treat. I added a max speed threshold variable to eDiffs, so 90's models can be had without eDiffs by setting it to 0 in the drive modes.)

The SBR is rather unique as a whole, but realistic AWD options over the open centre diff would be a viscous coupling (like a NA 997.1 or Turbo 996 and older, not a viscous LSD) or the eSSL system.

(Editaroni: The SBR with eSSL is more stable, if understeery, which lines up with contemporary reviews of the 997.1 Turbo and the post mortem improvements that were discussed at the 997.2 Turbo debut. The system in the facelift was retuned to allow more rear slip in certain conditions, for a sort of less artificial feeling correction from the car. It will be interesting to see if the eSSL can be tuned to detect oversteer and understeer, maybe linked to ESC? And adjust its lockup to correct or even enhance either condition, depending on which axle is primarily driven.)

Braking both wheels on the same axle is also plausible (with open or TBR-style diffs) but not sure it's within the scope of the current DSE code.

(Editaroni: It sort of is; keep the main TCS and its brake control module active while disabling motor control in the ESC & TC Off mode to replicate this. Have experimented with the ETKs to replicate the 90's versions of Benz's 4Matic, just for fun.
Another visible difference would be that the UI's ESC warning and the car's TCS warning will flash. But it's sort of OK as more and more IRL cars use a generic "sliding car" indicator to indicate the presence of any slip, even when yaw and motor controls are deactivated; a separate indicator is used for ESC/TCS-Off. I think that this indicator would also blink when eDiffs are activated.)

I love that you fixed the turn signals in replay mode. Is there any chance to add/fix horn and sirens in replay mode?

    Hi! Great update! But... :)
    1. The wall below the pool at the resort (Jungle Rock Island) eats cars.
    2. Is there now no way to let the sun go in real time? You manage to make everything look so real and physically correct, a real-time sun would be really good.

But ... aside from these little things, you do a great job! Keep it up!

I don't sure what is wrong but braking turns reflections to some weird looking. At least for 200BX.

    upd. For other cars too.

There seems to be an AI pathing issue near the bridge in WCUSA. The cars all do u-turns on this curve. Sometimes it's a 3-point turn with the car backing into the retaining wall before turning around.
