Hello, I see this is your first post on the forums. I'd just like to say welcome! Unfortunately, this post is made in the wrong section. It should instead be under "ideas and suggestions" the "terrains, levels, maps" section is for those who have progress on a map mod and are looking to share it.
"It may not be that hard to make" You do realize that pretty much the only proper complete city map we have in the game is West Coast and it's vanilla content? From mods there's Generic City but the map is not visually impressive and also Los Injurus that is unfinished. And some map ports from various games but they don't really live up to the quality of the rest. IT TAKES YEARS TO MAKE A CITY MAP and that's why almost nobody wants to do it.
