How to make a mod

Hi I dont know if this is the right forum but I need somebody’s assistance, I want to make a mod that adds safety features (Forward collision warning, lane departure warning, etc) to the ETK’s,Hirochis, and vivace’s but I have no idea how to even start this will be my first ever mod may someone please help

I got help tho so if it worked, but the only reason y I made so many threads cuz this question fit under multiple forum categories so I didn’t know which one will be more helpful
