Put the Car in Ignition

I think it would be way more realistic if you could put the car in Ignition and all the Control and warning lamps would glow up. Like in real life.

and then you could start the engine when you press the Ignition Button again

 

idk, feels like an extra step that isnt needed, beamng isnt trying ot be the most realistic game in the world

 

Maybe you’re right but I feel like it’s a nice Detail to have..

I think it would be a cool detail. Could have it as an option so you can toggle it on/off in settings.

Pointless... Cars are already in "ignition" state bc u can turn on useless lights and blinkers...

 

I think that system is kinda there but not entirely..

1. When you turn off the newer/modern cars like the hirochis, the ETK 800 etc, the guages and drls turn off.
2. When you stall the car, it doesn't. Probably meaning that the car went to ignition on istead of completely off.
