Spawned cars don't spawn... [SOLVED]

Hey, so I have run into an issue with spawning cars. Whenever I spawn a new car (modded or from base game) It will appear like in the image. I've tried this in safe mode, and it works fine, but I've disabled mods in the original mode, and the issue continues. I haven't tried all the maps in the game, but it seems like it happens in all of them. I believe the issue is with the loading in of the car, because it won't trigger any GUI changes when it attempts to load a car, and the "invisible" car won't respond to inputs. (I've looked through the forums and seen issues of that, instead.) If I press the escape key to load up the menu part, the loading symbol disappears, but the car still doesn't spawn. I know how to clean re-install, which will probably fix it, but I want to know any other ways to try, since I don't want to go through a re-install (I have a bunch of custom key-binds set up already. Thank you for any help!

Alright, so I found a way to fix it, and some more info about it, although it'll probably go away the next time my game updates, but I'll put this here incase anyone else has the issue.
I fixed it by repeatedly disabling and re-enabling mods and it eventually worked. Although no mods specifically were causing the problem. It seems to happen every time I install a new mod, so it probably has to do with the game files or something. Also, if I leave the map after it happens, without loading another vehicle, it works until loading into another map, where it then crashes. Hopefully this can help anyone who had this.
