    Well, I have no idea what he's saying, or what language he is speaking, lol, but I believe that is the "Polish Roads" map. You might wanna check it out yourself, I've never used that map, but I did some research and in this map, the roads are driven on the left, as I believe they are in Poland, and also "Polish Roads" has a rainy map variant.
