Uh wow. The AI paths are pretty old, prob do not work fine with the latest AI changes. Will check them too for whenever the next version of this mod will be.
How come this isn't official content? You're a dev, everything you make should be official content! It would be really cool if your "Simple_Map" mod could become official content one day. It's too good to not be official content, for being made by a dev. Infact I could almost see it as a Gridmap 2.0.
We also make mods from time to time, for a reason or another (experimenting, having fun in spare time, practicing, etc). These are mods because they quality vary a lot and/or do not integrate well with the other game content. I'm happy it's a mod, as it allows me to experiment several things without having it to be perfect
Off topic: I love how the guy recording the video has uTorrent open and is probably pirating games lol On topic: I really do like this map. It looks like something I could just sit on and cruise for a while.
Was an update to this map still on the cards? No expectations, just asking because its an awesome map and I can see some work has been done that hasn't been released.

Also , just saying....it seem like the map is working with AI drive again. (Although it keep looping the first fork in the road......you know , that fork around 20-30 KM from spawn)

Nadeox posted some screenshots a while ago, so there probably is an update coming in the future. Also, I just noticed that his role in the BeamNG team is "s p i n n i n g c u b e". He has it written in the place where other devs have things like "Global Moderator" and "Vehicle Director".
