The 960 is a supercar they want to release by 2019. It'll have a 5l Flat-8 quad-turbo.

And with 4 turbos the lag is unreal.....

 

A Porsche, they're testing the engine on a 918. And actually, you have less lag with 4 turbos, because they're smaller and can rev up faster. That's what they did with the Veyron/Chiron too.
And even if it lags, you know what lagged too? The 1st gen 911, the Saab 900 Turbo and the Audi Quattro S1.

 

Hi, been having trouble trying to install this sadly. Could you explain a little more with how to install? I have to go into each sound mod folder I have and delete the common folder? Does that not just delete the sound mod entirely?

 

Oh, i apologize. This mod should've been tagged as Unsupported, since it no longer works because now Turbochargers have a specific sound for each Turbo now and this worked as a global sound for all Turbochargers.

Ah that's too bad, I saw it was 4 years old but wasn't marked as unsupported and such. Thanks, too bad that the Beam Team discarded an all around turbo sound :/

 

Yeah unfortunately they took out the option to do so. Now i'd need to make a turbo just to get that sound working for you guys. Not hard, but wouldn't make sense since you wouldn't be able to use it with modded cars.

 

Nitrous? How would that make sense? It's a blow off valve sound, for the opening of a Turbocharger's external wastegate.
