If you get 'File not found' after it finishes downloading a mod you have subscribed to, it is very possible that your Antivirus is deleting the downloaded file.
Check your Antivirus and similar programs and make sure they are not interfering with the game.

Something on your side is blocking the game from reaching BeamNG servers.
Could be your Antivirus, Firewall and anything similar and so on.
In rare case it can also be caused by absolutely broken mods (in this case, check in Safe Mode if the repository shows up fine)

Or this can be caused by downloading the pirated edition of the game because it can't connect to the BeamNG server.
