Cancelled Ibishu 200BX Dual Exhaust, with dual exhaust bumper stuff ( Help needed )

Why hello there, didn't see you, well you might be wondering " what the f#$@ is this? ", well I mean look for yourself.

making this currently, and it is my only working " mod " should I even call it a mod? I have no clue at all, but also I need help with texturing the rear bumper so that it can be changed to the color of the vehicle, if you can help then dm me please.
