Problems with textures

I have problems with textures (probably there should be gravel instead of black) on the Desert trial and American road maps. clearing the cache didn't help *sorry for google translate *

I ran into this issue too. American Road (and probably the other map too) reference textures that were removed in the latest update. It's not a problem on your end, the mods just need an update.

 

Oh seriously? That's even stranger. I just know that I was able to fix the texture issues by adding the textures back into the game via a mod, so I assumed the problem was that they weren't there in the first place... huh. I wonder why that worked. Thanks for the info!

Interesting, found some more info: this unpacking-to-fix-textures idea applies to more than I thought. This fixed the white textures in the Hirochi Sunburst Expansion Pack by NinetyNine! too. Seems like it fixes white or black textures, but not textures replaced with the orange "No Texture" image.

This has been fixing more issues than I thought. Whenever someone's got these texture issues, people always suggest clearing cache. Seems like it might be a good idea to start mentioning unpacking the mods too.
