uh... the BeamNG team is like 30 people. Also, the game has a ton of changes each update it’s just you don’t bother looking. Major updates every few months is as fast as almost all other games
if only you knew how much time and effort went into all those remasters, new cars, maps, and content you'd probably never say this again. be grateful that they kept working on this game for 8 years to make it the masterpiece it is today
my suggestion: 1. in all vehicles, when you flip or rollover the vehicle, the camera keep swinging and the physics could be real life 2. could have like that, when you drag a vehicle in wall or in floor it gets scratched and when you sets fire or explodes it gets burnt and on fire
@NicOz Nice Channel Youtube. Can i suggest these cars here? Cherrier Moulin: Cherrier Latrousse: Autobello Milano:
ETK 2000 Series --- Post updated --- Cherrier Jadore 4 door variants and 2 door variants, similar to the size of the Smart Car.
I'm just nitpicking on details here... At one point the team was around 50 people, and there's been a couple of big hiring waves since then. I'm too lazy to try and find a real number but I'm guessing it's closer to 70. I believe only a couple are assigned to other projects and non-development staff roles. That's still nothing compared to AAA titles of course (according to Wikipedia, there were 2,000 people on the dev team for RDR2).
I think Beamng Drive should release official openable car doors and tailgates. What do you think about this?
Heyyy guys, what do you think about these idea? Better and more sounds (Realistic and more siren sounds) Better crash sound (I will leave u here some videos) Car Alarm when u crash against a parked car Better and Realistic Explosion sound Post Crash Horn for all cars Official dummies in the cars Airbags More Realistic Graphic Realistic Car skidding and peeling sounds (I will leave u here some videos) Openable doors and tailgates of cars with realistic sound (I'll leave u some videos here) False start for all cars (This video: ) What do u think about these videos? Which ones do u prefer?
They will get even better as the time goes on. They're nothing to scoff at when compared to even a while back Refer to answer above Not really useful if only 1/4 of the cars will have it. The time & money spent on that development could be spent in a better way Refer to 1st answer Not really a common thing to happen, as usually the person in the crashed car presses on the horn with a part of their body & as you may or may not know, we don't have people nor dummies in BeamNG Could be neat, but I foresee some potential issues with jbeams of the dummy & car clipping together causing some rather unwanted effects Talked about a lot & is also a popular topic. Won't happen anytime soon or at all as it serves no purpose with no people/dummies It's already pretty good seeing on what engine BeamNG is based on. If you can find them like 100+ staff members which know everything about graphics in games & require no pay, then feel free to contact them Refer to 1st answer Could be useful, but again, the development spent on that could be spent in a better way elsewhere Unless they will implement a realistic electrical system or atleast a random "breakage" generator that will have the cars not start on the 1st try everytime, I don't see this being implemented anytime soon
In poor words, don't u agree my ideas? BTW, Thank you for have expressed your opinion =) --- Post updated --- Agree =)
