Head Lights don't work

So I have had this problem for a few months now where no headlights on any cars work and even after clearing the cache and checking the integrity of the files nothing has worked.

So if you know a fix for this problem please tell me. Thanks in advance.

 

Does it work in safe mode? Then it's a mod related issue.

If it does not work in safe mode, then reinstall the game. Something is breaking something.

 

Did you check your bindings?

 

ok so if you have lighting on lowest they do turn on but dont cast a beam. it also depends on some cars, is the vehicle hasnt gotten the headlight update then it is very hard to see if they are on

 

Lowest settings don't show the light beam that's cast. You need to increase shaders and lighting to low, only then will you be able to see the light beams..
