Black Screen Flickering

recently I've been dealing with this problem where when loading in to a level the screen flickers like one moment I can clearly see the game like normal (some times there is a black square that blocks something) and a moment later the screen is blacked out but I can still see the UI. I've tried Verifying the integrity of the game files, that did nothing, I've cleared my cache, that did nothing and I've disabled all of my mods and even the it still flickered and it seems that every time I open the game or the longer I have the game open the worse the flickering gets to the point where the screen shows nothing but the UI (again only in the levels/gameplay) if anyone has some idea and or fixes I'd really appreciate it i really want to play BeamNG. if you all need more details I'll see what I can do.
