Hey if anyone could help me either get stated with mods or make me a mod I would really love a 2004 Dodge Dakota extended cab with the dodge paint code of R8/BR8 (Deep Molten Red Pearl). It would really mean a lot to me. Like ALLLLLLOOOOOTTTTTT to me.
Making mods takes a lot of time. Months, sometimes years. You are unlikely to find someone to make you a mod for free unless it was something they were already planning on making. Expect to pay quite a bit if you can find someone willing to make it.
Depending on how picky you are, you could probably make something close in Automation. It won’t crash good, but maybe better than nothing.
I tried automation through a friend on discord (because i don't have automation) nothing turned out right and he just pimped the frig out of it any way. oh and do u think i could take a dakota mod from another game and use the structure from that so i can take a shortcut around what I don't understand
Bruh it's NOT POSSIBLE to just take a mod from another game and convert it to BeamNG, the only thing you can reuse are parts of the 3D model and sometimes not even that, sometimes it's even easier to make a new mod from scratch.
I was implying that ripping car meshes from other games is absolutely easier than making a mod from scratch because so many people do it, and very badly too.
Well it depends on the game, they mostly use GTA 5 for that because that's the easiest. But mods like that are trash.
