Case: Drunk driving accident

Description: A teenager and his friends got drunk.They took one of their dads cars.After they left they drove.They drove over 100 MPH and slammed into a Grand marshal then flew inot a D-Series.

Injuries: The D-Series driver was seriously inujured and was in intesive car.All the teens died.

Vehicles involved: 2002 Gavril D-Series,2020 Cherrier Vivace,1999 Gavril Grand Marshal

Location: WCUSA

Aftermath: The d-series driver later recovered.The teens mothers tired to sue the other drivers.It turns out the marshal driver ran a red.

Case: Brake Failure / Multi Car Accident, May 23rd, 2017.

Description: Rhett Graham, an experienced truck driver for one of Utah's few oil companies, however nothing could prepare him for what happened to his brand new, seemingly very safe truck. As he was heading down a steep hill, he attempted to brake for an upcoming curve. To his surprise, the truck didn't brake. Thinking he had done something wrong, he began to try the engine brake...but that didn't work either. Despite his efforts, the truck didn't slow down. On top of this, he had no time to work things out, as he had to go around a corner, with a hazardous tanker, at speed. Getting around the first corner was fairly easy as the truck hadn't gotten up to an alarming speed...yet. As the truck hit the next corner, it began to tilt, eventually tipping over. Sofia Webster, who was heading up the hill towards a tourist office to pick up a friend and Jesse King, driving to a cliffside construction sight across the county, were in the path of the tipping truck. Sofia in her Pessima was killed upon impact when the cab of the truck came down on top of her. Jesse, in his van, was struck by the two vehicles. Ryder and Barrett Irvin, who were turning left at an intersection, were struck from behind. However, they were spared by the horror that followed. Jesse's, Sofia's, and Rhett's vehicles all slid off of a neighboring cliff, the trailer disconnecting and bursting into flames. All three vehicles plummeted down, the semi crushing both the Pessima and the Van before landing roof first. Meanwhile, Lila Bishop, who was driving on the bridge, was struck by the flaming tanker. Thankfully, the flames died out quickly as she fled her vehicle. Emergency services took about half an hour to respond, but the damage was already done and the dust had lifted.

Injuries: Rhett, Jesse, and Sofia were all pronounced dead on-scene, while Lila, Ryder, and Barrett all suffered only minor injuries.

Vehicles involved: 1998 Ibishu Pessima, 1988 Ibishu Pessima, 2017 MAN TGS Euro 6, 1993 Gavril H Series, and a 1990 Gavril Grand Marshal

Location: A steep, winding highway in Utah.

Aftermath: After the accident, it was found that the company Rhett had worked for (the same company that gave him the truck), had refused to properly maintain the trucks. This was deemed to be the cause of the accident, and the trucking company was sued accordingly. The families of the Rhett, Jesse, and Sofia were given half a million dollars each, while the vehicular and medical insurance of Lila, Ryder, and Barrett were also covered by the company. Headstones for the victims were erected at the junction where the horrific accident took place.

Case: speeding causes impact with stationary vehicles, April 29th 1990.

Description: a car speeding along narrow roads locked up the wheels when braking for a turn, could not turn and hit two parked cars.

Injuries: the driver had mild neck pain from not wearing his seatbelt properly. His passengers were both fine.

Vehicles involved: 1987 ETK 2400i TTSport, 1986 Autobello Luxor, 1988 Ibishu Covet DX.

Location: Castelletto, Italy.

Aftermath: damage to the Covet was so minor that it was never even repaired, but it perished in another incident a few years later. The Luxor was a wreck, with significant suspension and chassis damage. The ETK was repairable, but sold for salvage while its owner bought the recent facelifted model instead- though he received points on his licence, this was only his first infraction and a lack of alcohol in his system meant he got off lighter.

Case: car theft, March 5th 1993.

Description: a car was stolen in Castelletto. The teenage driver reversed into another car while trying to get away, and the alarm of that car sounding alerted a resident (though not the owner of either car) and they called the police. By the time the stolen car had been found, though, it had been rolled on a mountain road and torched, and the thieves were nowhere to be seen.

Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 1988 Ibishu Covet DX, 1990 Ibishu Pessima, 1985 Ibishu Dove. The Covet was suspected to have been involved in other collisions with traffic during the joyride but none could be found.

Location: Italy.

Aftermath: the Covet was completely destroyed, and the thieves were not caught until another theft where the police did arrive in time. The other parked cars were fine, and neither needed repairs.

Case: Collision between two cars (one drunk driver) and secondary collision. September 5th 1996, 1:32 am

Location: Redwood Forest, West Coast, USA

Victims: Maria Londer, 32 (Driver of ETK I-Series), Ashen Londer (Passenger of ETK I-Series), Jesse Jacobs, 23 (Ibishu Pessima) and Chuck Smith, 53 (Gavril T-Series)

Description: Jesse was drunk driving in his Pessima while drunk after he had gone out for a 'midnight snack' which he purchased a Node Bar and some Beam Beer. He was alcohol tested after he accident to confirm this. At the same time, Maria and Ashen were returning from their holiday in Italy. Their I-Series smashed into the Pessima at a 56% overlap. Jesse was rendered unconscious, meanwhile Maria was seriously injured, meanwhile Ashen suffered minor injuries. Then at 1:56 am, Chuck Smith was delivering concrete but he was tired. Because of his microsleeps, he crashed straight onto the side of the I-Series and just brushed by Jesse's Pessima. Chuck immediately called the emergency. Services arrivved 12 minutes later.

Aftermath: The ETK and the Pessima were totalled while Chuck's T-Series only suffered minor damage and was repaired for $500. Chuck suffered no physical injuries, but he was traumatized after the event. He spent 3 years in therapy. After it was done, he sued the truck company for $200,000 ($329,000 adjusting for inflattion) and won. He later kept his job as a truck driver but was given time to sleep. His psychological trauma was re-awakened by 9/11 and he later committed suicide. Maria was in critical condition for 3 weeks with 5 fractured ribs, broken spine, dislocated right wrist, fractured hip, and a basilar skull fracture. She was given a 1.5% chance to live. And she lived, however she suffered permanent brain damage and was paralysed from the neck down. She died 2 years later. Ashen was severely injured as well from the truck collision but he recovered and left the hospital within 4 weeks. Jesse suffered minor injuries, with only a small gash on his left leg and a broken left wrist. He was also dazed by the incident, but left the hospital in just 2 days. After testing positive for an alcohol test, he was charged with drunk driving and was sentenced to prison for 9 months. He was never allowed to take his driving test again.

 

Case: Police chase ends horrible, 26 January 2021.

Description: 2 thiefs stole a campervan. A police vehicle chased him when he entered the highway. Then another police car joins. The thiefs gone over 100 KM/H before slamming into 2 vehicles.

Injuries: The car driver died instantly. The thiefs were slghtly injured and the lorry driver was fine.

Car(s): 2010 ETK 6000, 1990 Ibishu Covet, 2018 Man TGS.

Map used: Generic City.

Aftermath: The Covet was totaled. The road must been closed for around 2-3 hours. The thiefs were arrested and are still waiting for the court. Likely they must go 20 years in jail for stealing and murder. The Bepsi was transported with another truck and the camper was brought back to his owner(s).

 

Case: Highway Pile-Up

Cars Involved: 2009 Hirochi Sunbust Hatchback Race Car, 1969 Doyler Beagle 1800, 1984 Wentward DL-75 Cement Mixer, 1963 Gavril Bluebuck 4-door Convertible, 1970 Gavril Barstow Limited Edition

Description: everything started by Alain, a 19-year-old ukranian boy, who crashed his Hirochi Sunburst into a raised guardrail, finishing in the opposite road side. Then, Samantha, a 63-year-old woman, was returning home with her grandson, Jimmy, of 6 years old, crashed her Doyler Beagle into Alain's car, injuring herself and her grandson. Then, a Blue Barstow, driven by Jonathan, a 34-year-old man, hit Samantha's car, turning into a spin. Then, a White Bluebuck, with a couple of 50 years old (Marissa and Jeremy), rammed Samantha's car at high speed, risking to flip. For last, a truck, coming at high speed, driven by a 44-year-old man, Albert, distracted by the phone, overturned on the side, crushing the Gavril Barstow and Doyler Beagle

Injures: Samantha and her grandson died in the accident, Alain survived, but ended up in a wheelchair, and then, was arrested for dangerous drive. Jeremy and Marissa escaped and survived, with some scratches. Jonathan is in critical conditions, and an update from the Hospital will be here at 7 p.m. Albert is shocked and seriously injured. Police arrested him for dangerous drive and culpable road homicide

Hospital Update: Sadly... Jonathan died for his injures.
Today, funerals will be at Crystal Church, East Coast, at 17:35 p.m.
Drive safe, and don't drive like idiots. AND TAKE OFF YOUR EYES FROM THAT DAMN CELLPHONE! IDIOTS! Drive safe. I say only this. Take care of your lives and lives of other people...

Aftermath: all cars are totalled. Damages cost: 75.000 $

Case: Distracted driving accident ends in tragic crash

Description: A truck drier was bringing his truck back to the restraunt.Meanwhile a sunburst was turning into the repair show. The truck driver got a text and looked at his phone.He then looked up and smashed into the sunburst.He panicked and swerved into the other lane.Where he slammed into another truck.

Injuries: The MAN driver died instantly.The other truck driver was in the hospital with minor injuries.The sunburst driver was fine.

Vehicles involved: 2018 MAN TGS,1988 Gavril B-Series,2015 Hirochi Sunburst

Location: Utah,USA

Aftermath: The sunburst driver sold his car to a salvge acution.It was laterb bought and scapped.The truck driver felt like it was his fault.He suffered from depression for years and later commited suicide

Case: side impact, November 28th 2013.

Description: a car pulled out of a side road without proper observation, and did not see a van approaching them from the left.

Injuries: the car's elderly occupants both suffered whiplash, but there were no major injuries.

Vehicles involved: 2011 Gavril Vertex, 1997 Gavril H15.

Location: Italy.

Aftermath: with only minor damage, the incident was settled at the scene, though the argumentative and stubborn old Vertex driver refused to accept fault despite another driver having video evidence.

Case: last-second exit, April 10th 2016.

Description: a pickup truck suddenly changed lanes to make a highway exit. However, there was another vehicle in his blind spot, which spun him out and then hit the side of the vehicle as they both spun across four (luckily empty) lanes.

Injuries: the driver of the black pickup truck suffered a sprained wrist and mild neck pain- the two occupants of the other truck were fine.

Vehicles involved: 2001 Gavril D15, 2000 Gavril D25.

Location: Utah.

Aftermath: the D15 had a dashcam on board, and although the footage was low quality it was enough to prove that both drivers were partly at fault- the D25 for not planning ahead of their manoeuvre and not using turn signals, and the D15 for sitting in their blind spot and not taking evasive action of any kind. Both drivers were fined, but nothing more.

The dashcam footage was really good.

 

At a basic level, what I did there was record the incident as a replay, use the relative cam to get the positioning right, film it on my phone to reduce the quality to potato-cam, and add a couple of text overlays in Movie Maker 10. I might do that more in future, thanks for the feedback!

 

Sad story, but this post was perfectly done with the wreck of the burned Egos!

 

I only forgot to cut the doors but at least this is the best way to reproduce a burned wreck!

Case: side impact, January 3rd 2013.

Description: a car pulled out of a side road having not seen a fire engine blazing towards them with its lights on, heading to an emergency. The car was hit on its front corner and spun around, and in a panic the driver hit the accelerator and nearly crashed into a building. In an attempt to deflect the impact, the fire engine swerved away, clipping an oncoming car.

Injuries: the driver of the Pessima suffered a broken arm and concussion- everyone else was okay, though.

Vehicles involved: 1998 Ibishu Pessima Hatchback, 1986 Gavril T75 fire engine, 1990 Autobello Luxor.

Location: Conca Azzurra, Italy.

Aftermath: dashcam footage had been captured by a taxi driver waiting near the junction, but it was not needed for the case as it was very clear that the Pessima driver was at fault- she had her licence suspended for a year as a result. The fire engine, once the damage had been very quickly assessed, was back en route and just about made it to its destination in time to save three people from a house fire on the other side of town. Both cars were totalled.

Case: Loss of control, May 29, 2016
Crash Description: Team Snivy, a recently formed racing organization, was preparing its driver Phil Johnson, 41, to race at the Belasco 500. However when the car, a Ford Mustang, was leaving the pits, Phil lost control, sending the Mustang into a parked race official truck, and then hitting a wall. The speed of the crash is around 130 MPH.
Injuries: Phil and the truck driver died on impact. It is likely stated that both occupants of both vehicle had severe head trauma.
Damage: Both cars are total loss.
Cars Used: Ford Mustang, Gavril D35
Map Used: West Coast, USA
Aftermath: With no driver for the race, Team Snivy retired. They went bankrupt after getting sued by the Johnsons, with the founder of the group forming Gavril Racing, and Grand Marshals swept the podium with a 1-2-3 finish at the Hirochi 500 on June 6. Gavril Racing won 40 out of the 56 races in the 2016 season, 47 out of the 56 races in the 2017 season, 50 out of the 56 races in the 2018 season, 55 out of the 56 races in the 2019 season, and winning every race in the 2020 season, with the 2021 season looking promising for Gavril Racing

Case: Parking damage, 12 June 2001.

Description: A woman was going to his parents with a rental car. A LeGran driver pulled out of the parking spot and slammed into the rental car.

Injuries: None

Car(s): 1989 Ibishu Covet, 1985 Bruckell LeGran, 1991 Ibishu 200BX.

Map used: East Coast, USA.

Aftermath: The LeGran driver sued the Covet driver for slamming into his car, but there was a CCTV camera nearby and captured the whole accident. The LeGran owner was fined $280 and the whole damage of the cars was $39.000. The Covet returned to East Coast Rental and stayed in service untill 2009.

 

Case: rear-end collision, February 3rd 2017.

Description: a car took a corner at speed, where on the exit a police car had pulled someone else over- they hit the back corner of the police car, pushing it into the offending vehicle, and ricocheted into the path of an oncoming car- however, that car was far enough away to stop in time.

Injuries: one of the police officers, who was still in the passenger seat of the unmarked unit, suffered whiplash and two broken fingers. The Sunburst's front passenger had bruising from the seatbelts and was left in shock- the driver was dazed, and had a few cuts, but was overall okay.

Vehicles involved: 2013 Hirochi Sunburst Sport RS, 2014 ETK 854td, 1989 ETK I-Series 2400.

Location: Italy.

Aftermath: the ETK 800 was totalled, having to be replaced. The Sunburst required expensive repairs, done at the expense of its owner (the driver). While the driver of the other ETK tried to make a quick escape, luckily the officer at the side of his car was able to grab the keys and call for another unit to detain him for offences related to drugs, as well as having no licence plates on his car and no insurance. The injured officer took three weeks off work, and when she returned she allowed to take a desk job until her injuries had fully healed.

Case: Round-about flying due to drugs usage, 24 September 1998 15:10:01

Descrption: A man was driving home after plane-spotting. He had too much cocaïne in his body. When he was at the round-about, he passed-out, skipping the roundabout and crashed into the barrier.

Injuries: Apart from the drugs he was fine.

Car(s): 1990 Ibishu Pessima.

Map: Italy

Aftermath: The crash was filmed by a Portugese father and son with their DashCam. The man must been hospitalized for 4 days. He was fined (Converted into dollars) $28.000 and his car was scrap. The roundabout was famous for the accidents.

 

Case: Karen breakdown

Description: A karen was not getting her way and decided to take it out on the parked cars.She hit the cars multiple cars cause alot of damage.Then one of the owners came out and saw what was happining.He got in his truck and slammed into the karens car.

Injuries: The karen was fine somehow.Nobody else was injured
