Hirochi SBR4 wont load.

My game runs fine. No issues with mods or anything else, levels load fully and all cars, modded or other wise work. If I am in a game and try to load any variant of the SBR4, it doesnt freeze my game, the car I was in simply changes to the color the SBR4 would have been, and theres no engine noise and the car doesnt actually change, all AI cease function as well. If I change back to my original car or to any other car model the game resumes as if nothing happened. if I try and load a scenario/level from the main menu that starts with an SBR4 my game crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, i am currently verifying the game files, if that doesnt work im stuck. If It does ill delete this post or mark it as fixed.

P.S. I've disabled/uninstalled all mods and it still does not fix the issue. If after verifying the files its still broken ill shadow play it and upload a vid here.

 

Have you tried safe mode?

 

Safe mode works, clearing my cache worked as well.
