If you talking about this one in the pic you showed then it's private [was private cause it got leaked by some f****** Would be good if you don't visit 3rd party sites to download it, would be very disrespectfull against the modder.
I highly recommend that you should go read through the rules before making anymore threads in places they don't belong. The Dodge Charger Mod you're asking about there was one here that was a WIP and another one that was part of a Private group, but the WIP got cancelled and someone leaked the private one as stated by MichaelGHG and it was removed. If you're considering going to any of the third party mod sites I would say don't. You'll more then likely end up getting a virus on your PC and third party sites are generally full of stolen mods which end up totally and completely broken anyways and ultimately it's a massive slap in the face to the actual mod authors. So stay away from any other website that isn't THIS website. And don't go following what anyone has said on Youtube. Listen to most of the people here and you'll be in good hands.
