i think a pretty obvious option would be to pre-facelift the burnside. cars of that era were restyled quite frequently, and for a car that still barely has any content, it's certainly a good idea. a slightly simpler, more restrained front grille design and a slightly more rounded off set of rear fins and trunk are all that is really needed, but you could go the whole nine yards and make an aero sedan body as well. another good idea would be the T-series. with a new set of headlights, and a new engine and interior, you could easily stretch the semi to be a 2020 model. otherwise, the moonhawk already has a facelift, but it's just a front fascia. I would hope that the rear, and perhaps the roofline get an optional rework for the facelift, with a more boxy "personal luxury car" look to them, along with more heavily choked engines, and a reworked trim lineup focusing more on luxury than sportiness for the facelift models, representing the overall shift away from performance in the 70's, with perhaps one laughable sport trim with no more power than usual, but an over-the-top appearance package, akin to a mustang king cobra.
Something that always bugged me was the proportions of the SBR4. The car is too round, to stubby, to tall. So I made this to visualize how i would have made it:
a legran prefacelift would be nice, with much harsher lines and a simpler fascia harking back to the early k cars there've been squarebody mods in the past, but they're out of date now and always looked kind of off edit: oh https://www.beamng.com/resources/bruckell-satyr.16300/
I've always felt we could use an updated Sunburst based off of the fifth-generation Impreza, but the Vivace and the Emousse mod for it have sort of filled the 'modern econobox' spot for me.
i remember this mod that made the grand marshal look alot more like the 2000s crown vic. i think it was from the WBIMP mod but its broken now. id love to see it become official
