I'm working on a practice map, starting with @HighDef's loaded template. I've left the existing island intact, and added a second terrain usiong a heightmap. Everything looks good (apart from some sculpting necessary around the edges), so I F7'd my Hopper over to drive around... and fell right trhough.

This didn't happen on my Aleutian terrain. What have I missed? Can I only have one active terrain block? Or is there an attribute I haven't fixed in a JSON somewhere?

Yes you can only have 1 terrain block, I think when you have 2 then one of them will be buggy. Delete the old one and restart the game.

Ok. I guess if I want a series of islands, I'll have to put them together in Blender or something.

I just had a thought: Is it possible to set up a trigger that will load a new map with the current vehicle?

Following up on the earlier part of this thread, it would be a cool function to drive onto a bridge, for example, and have the map for the next island automatically load at the end of that bridge.

I was just about to post a question can I add 2 terrain blocks. Yeah, buggy too I think happened. Or it would make one, but I could no see it. Remember to rebuild collision in edit tab, not 100% I just do it after messing with the block. Seen Forest Tool plant stuff in the sky when I don't rebuild. Or deep in the ground. Or raised on the ground if a mesh road is not visible, but still enabled in the Inspector Window.
