Im not sure if theres a tutorial about this and probably its asked before. But how does textures and all work? Ive made a car in automation mostly to port the engine in to beam. Once i had the engine with some parts i added to it in beam it was invisible but it did drive though. However im not satisfied with it this way i want to fix it and make the engine visible but dont know how exactly. I did transfer the material file and dae file into the mod folder.. still invisible. Some one mentioned on discord about a texture issue? Hence it was invisible. So i loaded the engine into blender where it turn out to be grey. Not sure if this is supposed to be like this. How do i add the textures from automation to the engine? Im already struggling with it the entire day and cant figure for my live out how this is done. Any help would be appriciated.

    greetings mellow.

You also need to transfer the textures as the game is looking for them through the materials.json file but can't find them thus the invisible or gray parts

When i load the dae into blender there are no textures added to the materials. So i assume the textures onces asaigned in blender should work? Its not like a different file .. or is it?

edit. Or are you referring to the dds files .. which essentialy are the textures right? Im not sure.. if i should assign them in blender or just put them in the vehicle folder or both.

edit2. How can i easyle separate the materails? In the material list .. under the engine are also suspension materials.. so i geuss the materials list at this point still contains the materials for the entire car. Is that possible?
