maybe not enough vram? I used to have a 1060 6gb and when I would play BeamNG it pegged it for vram. On this card it normally uses around 7gb but if I spawn a ton of stuff I can easily get to 15.
I have all the settings on lowest and I don't have any AI when I'm driving around. The benchmark showed that my max AI is 20. Also I have 5 items in my repository.
I have the GT-710 - https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GeForce-GT-710-vs-AMD-RX-5500-XT/m77649vs4060
Just saying... I don't think it's the VRAM amount/other performance factors of his graphics card that are the issue
I've had the same no signal screen when I run it normal or in safe mode and now I periodically will get the fine snowy flickering or static. No real problems with other games like GTA 5 or Borderlands and these I've played a lot longer as far as in-game playing time. Currently I don't have another gpu for me to test out on. I would like to play some of the campaign and other things without having to worry about the game crashing on me.
Yes but after a few minutes of either getting things setup or once it's loading up a map and started driving for a bit. I've done all the other stuff and would come to the same conclusion.
I know someone asked me the other day if it's just this game or any others. Well I did a test on another game GTA 5 and played for more than an hour and nothing happened as far as what happened with beamng.drive
I uninstalled the radeon software because I think that's what was causing my computer to periodically crash. It's just a hunch but I'll see if it works.
I've got some and bad news about my gpu. I'll be able to keep my gpu and not send it in for service but I'll be getting a check for the prorated amount that I bought the graphics car It did for a little bit and then I just wound up reinstalling the radeon software back onto my computer. I'm actually getting a refund check (prorated) since I called and talked to the warranty people and they couldn't figure it out after I explained my situation but on the other hand they said that I don't need to send them the card in and i can keep it till i get another one this time nvidia not amd. I'll figure out what to do with the current gpu till i get the new one.
