Game Is Stuttering Every Second

for some reason, beamng just stutters every second for no reason, im guessing by loading the terrain or something but no clue.

PC SPECS:
Windows 10 64bit
9th Gen Intel Core I5 Processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 4GB
16GB DDR4 Memory (i was looking on the spec sheet on the computer but we upgraded to 16gb)

Map: American Road (tbh every map does this)

Also a few months ago. it was completely working fine on any map. but now every map just stutters?

 

If it only happens on a specific map, it isn't a game issue. It's a mod issue.

A part from that, American Road requires a lot of resources. If you have a lot of processes open in the background, this could effect your gameplay.

 

American Road is the second biggest map ever made in BeamNG history. You need more than 8GB of RAM to run this map well.

Have you tried running the game in safe mode?

If yes, try to run the game and check your task manager. Is there something else than BeamNG using a lot of resources?

 

Ive tried in safe mode and it still happens. even went to task manager and nothing was higher than BeamNG
