    Core i7 4.00Ghz

    16GB of ram

    HD 7950 3GB GDDR5

    750 watt psu

    128GB SSD

    2TB Hard drive

    Windows 10 pro 64bit

    Windowed case with RGB

Will these run this game very good. Sorry I'm lost on the specs of computers. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Just wanting to get a computer that will run this game to demo and not have any problems. Thank you for any help.

The only thing lacking is the GPU (HD 7950).
I could run this game on low settings with 2 cars at 60fps with my old 1050ti, which is very close. You should be able to just upgrade the GPU and you'll totally be set. Sadly, computer parts are at a premium now, so good luck finding an affordable one.
On another note, how much are you willing to spend? I got my legion computer for 700, and it runs like a dream.

The GPU will happily run the game, it's all about what settings you want to run the game on - my GT-710 runs happily on almost lowest settings, and is supposedly 8x worse than your GPU. (source)

Well, I was going off of "will this run the game very good" so I sorta took that as "I wanna run the game at high settings"

Yeah, no problem - I can run about 10 cars before having an issue, and as I said, my graphics card is acceptable for low to lowest settings. Honestly, I think RAM is my biggest bottleneck, so really your framerate will only be limited by the GPU/your graphics settings so long as you're below 15 cars. As your computer will clearly run the game, my advice is to buy the game and see if you can do what you want to in the (I think it's 10 hour?) timeframe you have before returning it if it's not satisfactory.

Are you sure you can only run on low? My 2gb RX 460 can hit medium settings around 40-60 FPS with some light ReShade (admittedly with a decent OC on it), and my card is supposedly much slower than yours.

I could only run on low on my old computer, on my new computer I can run on high with 100fps

Beam needs a strong CPU, especially to run multiple cars. However it doesn't need a very strong GPU, I have a 1050Ti (laptop version) and it allows high graphic settings with 50-60 fps.
