East coast USA issue

So my East coast is not working right. Almost all the meshes and textures are missing.
I have checked all the folder stuff and to my knowledge everything was there.

If someone has a solution would be cool.

 

try seeing if any old mods are conflicting
if that dosent work try safe mode

 

How do I enable safemode?

 

Start the game then go to support tools then safe mode

 

Yeah, it worked but i dont have my mods there and everything resets so its kind of boring then. Thanks for the help!
