Those look like the same size; both should be on the LeGran platform

 

Can someone explain what are those... things on the hood?

 

From Legran tease we may expect similiar derby configs for soliad and probably caged window and the roll-bar, or how is it call, for the other cars.

That looks like hinges to hold hood.

 

Bolt the hood shut. Don't need that flying in your face in a derby. Hopefully these realistic derby cars will have appropriate interiors and repositioned fuel tanks and so on

 

I think the pink car is just a Legran, unless this is alluding that the Wendover is getting 2 body styles; coupe and a sedan based on the Legran, but that's not likely so it's probably just a Legran with a different grille.

 

If the wagon doesn't have a faux wood trim option I will literally

I reckon the legran on the left is a pre facelift. That bumper looks older than the current one.

 

It's a LeGran with a new Oldsmobile-style grille. The Wendover is still confirmed, it hasn't gone anywhere

 

Just because the teaser doesn't show the Wendover doesn't mean it just poofed, relax

That makes sense. I remember one of the devs addressing the V10 and explaining that it's there because it was a part of the sound library they've got with FMOD.

It's been there for ages, so sadly it's old news... If I remember right, it's more of a prequel really... an early concept for a sequel to "Senseless Destruction" That never finished it's development. There's also another JRI interesting scenario in there somewhere, in the shape of a bus safari tour...

EDIT: To clarify: These have been in game for years, so they're more likely to be abandoned concepts that leaked, than anything that would ever be released. They've most likely already served their purpose as a test for some idea or proof of concept, or something.

 

LeGran wagon? I hope they add a woody so I can have my shitbox in the game.

 

I think it's a post-facelift with a bumper from an older car stuck on it, the actual grille part resembles a 1989-1996 Cutlass Ciera

 

That's definitely a Moonhawk bumper on the pink sedan. What's interesting is that the turn signals have been removed. I wonder if that's going to be an option for the Moonhawk as well. The rear bumper on the wagon also looks like it was borrowed from another car.

The fender-mounted turn signals are still on the wagon at least, which is unusual for a derby car. I think those should be stripped out before they get released.

I'm going to take these things everywhere. To the Derby Arenas. To the concrete pads and tracks at the Industrial Site. To the figure 8 courses at Hirochi Raceway and WCUSA. Into traffic on ECUSA. All over Gridmap. Official derby configurations like these are something that's been missing from BeamNG for a long time.

 

Maybe we’re getting pre and post facelift? They did it for the D series

Could’ve added the moonhawk bumper just for the derby config, I suppose.

it might be released when we get the walking mode

 

Looking at the particulars of the derby bits in the teaser:

2x new skins for the LeGran
Moonhawk steel bumper and pointy welded front bumpers (looks like an older bumper on the back of the wagon as well)
New to game fascia
Bits to bolt the hood shut
Window bars (this looks like just vertical bars opposed to a steel mesh or plate of plexiglass... This seems like an odd choice, no?)
Some sort of upright headers on the orange car

Not seen:
The team could have a lot of fun with the interiors on these, hopefully it got a lot of attention.
Fuel cell
Roof mounted number plate
As YellowRusty already pointed out, the orange car has turn signals that need to be deleted
