I think "i" stands for nicer trim, and ABS

I saw that, it was hilarious, he wanted the devs to delete the D-Series only because it's American, and then started being racist. Probably a troll.

ABS is on the facelift cars and not pre-facelift cars, it has nothing to do with the "i", which is only lacking on the base model. The issue is that there is a single I-Series trim level without an "i" in the name, which is just odd. IMO the 2400 should just be replaced with a "fleet" config, that'll solve the entire issue without completely omitting the low end config. We need a I-Series taxi/police car anyway.

Maybe it should have a 4 cylinder variant? That would make more sense imo for a fleet spec car.

I'd be happy to see a 1.8L i4, any size i5, and any diesel

Along with 4 cylinder engine, base model could use steel wheels with plastic hubcaps instead of alloys. And maybe we can get German taxi config, since we don't have any non-US taxis.

The automatic on the i-Series is not the best, you often need to go full throttle in order to accelerate a bit.
But that's not uncommon for cars from this era, so I think it can stay like this.

I made a detailed write-up on a version of this car a while back, and made sure to call out the transmission. Yes, it is infuriating. The Ibishu 200BX is a lot the same way, as I've recently discovered while trying to slow one down into the 1:48-1:50 range on Hirochi Long.

I don't know if this is a bug, but the rear seems "squishy" and by that is, take a T-series, run it into the back of a Grand Marshal, then the back if the I-series, the GM kinda gives a bump, but the I-series just lets it go.

Unibody vs body on frame I guess, and also the GM is a purpose built cop car like the Crown Vic, it's meant to be tough, while the I-Series is more of a luxury car that is more about comfort than durability, and also the EU spec bumpers are weaker than US spec ones
