Some questions of the game

Guys, I have some questions for u all.

Could someone, gently, tell me how to post a Language thread, like Chinese and Russian, but, in Italian? Do I have to pay something?

The second is, how can I build a road in Beamng Drive? Or how can I modify roads, remove or add terrains, roads or wet roads?
Could someone help me with these problems? Thank u all

I know the button, but the problem is: idk what to use, how can I make roads, wet roads for rain, add/remove terrain and roads, modify roads/terrain...

 

Hmm... go to the Decal Road Editor, then you can add and remove roads/nodes, then if you are working on a make with already textures roads, just go to the road with the textures you want to copy, then CTRL + C, then go back to the road you are making, and CTRL + V

Select them, then press delete.
