The pre-race update is out, which added the Pigeon. You should have it, since you purchased the game. Attempt to run the updater, or if that doesn't work redownload the game from the download tab.
It won't work, the old updater is deprecated. Download the new updater from the Download tab. If you lost your Order ID, ask support to resend the receipt E-Mail from www.beamng.com/contactus
Theres also this really nice D15 mod, i'm prettysure it has bed covers, also an SUV type bed area Gavril-D15-D25-D35-Stepside-Flatbed-Crewcab-Station
