WHAT DON'T YOU GET IN THIS, compliments put people under pressure, they feel like they need to prove they deserve them or something, and saying that this is the best mod ever or something raises the expectations for the future update so high that achieving them would take years of work
i explained that in great detail already and if you actually had enough braincells to read you would know what my issue here is.
it did not luckily however a bigger announcement being that the inevitability of all the cars getting revamped is well, inevitable, i highly doubt this mod will be sustainable in the future. the era of large config mods is nearing a fast close and i think WBIMP should go with it. however thats not really gonna be happening soon. so, for now, we will continue to work on it but if you notice less and less content being added and more and more content being removed over time due to redundancy or low quality, do not be surprised. im starting to become far busier and i do not want to subject my team to any more mental torment than necessary lol If anything, we may split up content as vehicles slowly get revamped. I knew i was gonna have to address this some day and it doesnt really hurt all that bad, i've been laboring away at this project for nearing 3 and a half years now so you can kinda see how i'd be a bit burned out. for now updates will still be coming so do not worry on that front, just be prepared for the death of it, i suppose.
So if large mod packs are “no longer sustainable”, does that mean that the content would be rereleased as separate mods when that does happen?
With the game having so much content without any mods already (like look at the amount of configs on the Wendover and LeGran), we no longer need the quantity, so it's better to focus on quality.
