All they need to do is show a ten-second clip of a car htiting a wall with a skeleton view a la RoR. That way everyone complaining about it being pre-animated would see the stress and forces acting on the beams.

*Bugs-bunny style* Capital idea, Gov'nor! *nibs on carrot*
It would look so cool too. Probably have it in normal speed, then using Replay feature, in slow-motion (don't forget the big letters on the top saying "Replay Mode"!!).

    Dude, are you kidding me?
Why are those cars not exploding after they are crashed like that? Shit physics!

And this right here is why you will not release. Because of retarded, not understanding, citizens who aren't happy with what they get.

If you ask most of us, we would be so happeh happeh happeh with what you guys have put together right now. :3 (and this way, I can test my map)

Just keep up your guys' awesome work, and don't let any of these people get to your head.

Oh, The rear left taillight light bulb didn't break into 7 un perfect pieces, specifically labeled with the serial number. Its not realistic. *Joke*

I see why you guys don't like releasing videos. Its kinda sad on the viewers part.

Perhaps future videos should be unlisted, and posted in a thread on these forums that you have to be a member here to view. I realize people could still link the video externally, but I think it'd be better to keep it away from the general public until something completely presentable is available. Better yet, follow David Fortsc's crash challenge model, where you have footage of a real documented crash with supporting data (i.e. a real crash test, those are public domain, right?) and then recreate it in BeamNG. End the video challenging the viewer to try and recreate the crash in their game of choice, and then decide which looks closer to the original. Then these armchair physicists will have a real world scenario to compare to instead of whatever broken, over-simplified model they have in their heads. (Although some smartass is bound to comment that they did it in RoR. :/)
Or you could put the "this is Alpha footage and not a final product, x, y, and z are not yet implemented." disclaimer in big bold all caps text on a plain background with some really startling warning noise accompanying it, followed by leaving an "Alpha Footage" watermark somewhere on the video. Then no one can plead ignorance and be laughed at for the idiots they are if they choose to craft an uninformed comment.

P.S. I apologize for any grammatical mistakes in this post, I'm on mobile and thus having a hard time proofreading. :/

I can hardly endure reading the comments on the beamng youtube channel for more than a minute or so. The misinformed, ignorant people just really irritate me. Especially the people that say it is gta5 or ROR.

Let them act like they know what they're talking about...
Some particles and no clipping and it'll be 100%

I suggest not reading them. :) That's the shitty thing about the internet, everyone has an opinion that they THINK they have the right to share...

I believe those comments were satire. I mean, people can't be THAT stupid.....
    ......right?

    - - - Updated - - -

    Yep.

"OMGZ ROCKSTAR SHOULD TOTALLY MAEK DIS PHYSIKS IN GEE TEE AY 5!!!1!!!!"
No, the game is pretty much done now, they can't change the physics engine's behaviour in this stage of development...

Also, when people post videos of any game with a totally different physics engine and people say "OMG GTA IV MOD"

How do you expect mods to change the engine of the game?

The only comments and constructive criticism you need to hear are from this forum, from the people who support you :D

Also if there was no friction as they all like to say, the cars would be moving at bloody light speed
