launcher says fixing up environment what does it mean?

i downloaede the game, uninstalled and reinstalled it, disableed my firewall, everything but on the next try, it still says fixing up environment. why is this?

i meant my toshiba laptop with windows 8 and the latest directx, all that doesnt have office

its rly starting to p*** me off. ive tried it 5 times. I WANT MY MONEY BACK

 

You don't need office though???

 

How to create a screenshot

1. hit the "print"-key on your keyboard
2. open paint
3. hit ctrl + v
4. save the image

 

Or I use the snipping tool built into windows 7 and 8, just type "snip" at the start screen.
