Its only two inchs tall though, most go for a taller/narrower combination but this works nice and why bother changing it, its not choking for air. Plus if i dont have the spare tire, i can just grab the aircleaner and a bicycle tire and Magyver up something that works :)

Does anyone else find it sad how dead some things are? For example: Sarona makes a body kit for my Veloster, but frankly it's kind of ugly and Sarona is not a name known for race winning aerodynamic engineering as far as I know. Wings West, to the extent that they even exist as anything other than a front for VIS Racing products, doesn't really deal with cars newer than 2010, and the same is true of VIS Racing themselves. RKSport likewise tends to deal in 2010 and older cars, and holds tightly to their domestic roots. When someone does make a kit for a newer car, it costs your firstborn son.

    Even with performance modding, I honestly wonder if anything still exists between "bolt-ons + tune = good enough" and "B E E G TURBO + B E E G FUEL SYSTEM = pOwEr".

Same with colors, incedentally. What happened to bright glosses and metallics, or that color-shift stuff that was popular about 15 years ago? Why are dull metallic ruby, medium-dull metallic blue, and dull metallic burnt orange as good as it gets with most new cars? Other than that it's just boring neutral colors, also metallic to feign being interesting. Lame as it gets.

Here in germany you still can get tuning parts easily for some cars (everything golf based) but they are expensive since they have to be declared street legal and that process is super expensive.

Overrating is very common in EV industry, which is useful to misguide consumer into believing that EV is superior to ICEV.

For example. Tesla Model S P100D has a total motor output of 568kW, but this vehicle uses Panasonic laptop batteries. There's no way that laptop battery can deliver 5C discharge rate.
Another example is the BYD Han, the motor power "rating" is 163kW(front)/200kW(rear), which is only the maximum peak output. The rated(max continuous) power is only 60kW/60kW, also at higher speeds motor efficiency tends to drop, so the max continuous topspeed is only 87mph.

If you drive classic vehicles such as the Gavril Bluebuck or Burnside Special on a racetrack you can tell how quick they overheat. Modern EVs are no better. Modern ICEVs are way superior.
Thus, better to wait a few decades before buying an electric car.

Yes. Just expect to replace the transmission early on. Auxillary cooler couldn't hurt either.

Took a picture of the Regal the other day, I like how it turned out:
